FoodCycle have teamed up with brand engagement specialist, Maverick, for an innovative digital campaign designed to connect all 14 of the organisation’s regional hubs.
The registered charity, which provides nutritional meals for people affected by food poverty and social isolation, chose Maverick to design and launch its new website which aims to provide its community with vital content sharing functionality capabilities. The new website is set to launch on Wednesday 5th June. The agency was also challenged to create a minute-long awareness video communicating the charity’s complex business model in order to support their NESTA innovation funding application.
All marketing materials were created to give standout for FoodCycle and promote the young charity’s cause amongst more people in the UK.
This recent pro bono activity is part of a wider marketing effort Maverick is providing for FoodCycle. The agency is currently designing two direct marketing campaigns for the organisation which will be rolled out later this year.
Sedaka Charles, Creative Director, at Maverick: “We met FoodCycle through marketing professionals' volunteering platform ‘Pimp my Cause’ and we were incredibly inspired by their drive and enthusiasm. As a creative agency, we have a wealth of expertise on offer so it seemed like the most logical solution and one we were thrilled to offer such a worthy cause.”
