Creative partner joins Irish jury for this year's competition
Folk Wunderman Thompson's Karl Waters has been announced a juror at this year's Immortal Awards, joining the Irish jury.

Karl is the creative partner at Folk Wunderman Thompson in Dublin, Ireland. He started out his career in publishing before making the switch to another type of writing, in
advertising.

Since then he has continued to take his inspiration from outside of the world advertising. Being a firm believer that at its best, advertising can be a force for good in the world and entertain the world, as much as any other industry can.

Since taking up the reigns at his current agency, its experienced unprecedented creative success, being recognised in many of the major award shows globally, including Cannes Lions, Clio, D&AD and Eurobest. Karl has also been invited to sit on juries in some of the world’s biggest festivals, including One Show and Cannes Lions.

Entries to The Immortal Awards are now open and Little Black Book members can make their submissions here today. 

Entries into The Immortal Awards will be accepted until September 10th 2021. All entries must be made for a commissioning client, and must have first aired, broadcast, displayed, launched or published between 1st September 2020 and 31st August 2021.  

Every member of LBB is entitled to up to five entries, depending on their membership tier. This year, Bronze members receive one entry, Silver members will receive two entries and Gold members will receive five entries. The full list of rules, including eligibility dates, can be found here.
