Flo Clive has joined Bullion as Executive Producer to lead the production company’s continued growth into branded content, while Bullion expands on its youth-centric success in music videos, documentaries, and long-form production.
“Flo felt like a perfect fit for us. We wanted someone who had experience with talent development, as well as helping us move forward with our branded content and advertising pursuits."
Flo comes to Bullion from Karmarama, where she was Talent Director for in-house production outfit Kream and cultivated a roster of new directors and creators. Previously at Grey and RKCR before that, working with brands like Virgin, Vodafone, and M&S, Flo got her start at Partizan where she first met Ben Murray, James Willis, and Jack Newman, who would later become Bullion’s founding partners.
“I’m really excited to join the team at Bullion. I’ve watched them develop over the years, creating fresh work that gets stronger and more resonant. I’ve gone from production to agency to talent director, taking the job here at Bullion was the perfect next step combining all these experiences. The production world is changing, and whilst the rule books stay intact, there’s room for a little bending, folding and creativity, so it’s a great time to be working in a young, flexible company.”
