The leaders from creative production studio Flavor are very proud to announce the promotion of Brian McCauley to the position of Creative Director. According to executive producer Neal Cohen, the appointment is effective immediately.
A well-known designer, animator and creative director, McCauley is a graduate of the Art Institute of Houston and the Illinois Institute of Art. In 2005 he landed as motion graphics artist for the Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks. That led him to the role of director and creative lead for Bridges Media, where he spent nearly seven years creating original content for film, television and the web for many top global brands. McCauley then began freelancing as a creative director and 2D/3D specialist for several major studios, including Sol Design FX (which relaunched as Flavor in late 2013), which he joined full-time in 2013 as senior motion designer.
"Brian is so talented and he has a great understanding of client needs," Cohen began. "He understands what they are hoping to achieve and he has a great way of introducing them to new ways of looking at a project. Brian is smart and very organized, and we know he will do well leading the Flavor design team."
"I think that with our new Arrow campaign through Karsh Hagan and the AICP Show's Midwest intro, Flavor is showcasing everything we have to offer," McCauley said. "We have a fantastic team with amazing talent both in Chicago and Los Angeles. I'm especially excited about becoming creative director during this moment when we are making our mark on the world. When Flavor launched, a lot of people began wondering who we are and what we can do. We are truly just getting started… and we can't wait to show you what we come up with next."view more - Hires, Wins & BusinessCutters Studios, Thu, 20 Mar 2014 13:38:51 GMT
