Fineline Media Finance has announced the senior appointment of Alan Henry as Sales Director. Henry joins the Richmond-based company from Grass Valley where he held the role of Northern Europe Regional Director.
Henry’s experience will bring an additional level of commercial expertise and contacts from major manufacturers. Prior to his role at Grass Valley he was the UK and European Sales Director for Miranda, and has also held senior sales roles with Barco and Snell & Wilcox. In his new role Henry will be responsible for a sales team of five.
The appointment follows Gareth Wilding’s promotion to Managing Director of Five Arrows Leasing Limited, the company of which Fineline Media Finance is one of three trading divisions.
Alan Henry said, “Fineline has an excellent reputation in the industry, and I am looking forward to expanding the reach of the company while supporting the sales team.”
Gareth Wilding, Managing Director, Five Arrows Leasing Group, said, “Alan’s extensive experience with leading broadcast manufacturers and his in-depth understanding of the industry will be of significant benefit both to our team and to our clients. We are delighted to welcome Alan to Fineline.”
Of his own promotion, Wilding added, “I have taken the reins at a time in the company’s history when our shareholder Rothschild has become more directly involved in supporting and encouraging our growth. With what we have planned, the next few years promise to be very exciting.”
Fineline has recently provided leasing or funding to companies including Telegenic, Films @ 59 and Cloudbass, and is a distributor of the Government’s Regional Growth Fund that supports SMEs’ capital investment projects and programmes that create economic growth and sustainable employment in specific areas.
