FinchFactor, the global expert in reputation management and brand amplification for creative businesses and the tech innovation industry, has expanded into North America with the recent opening of offices in Los Angeles and New York.
Following an exceptional period of organic growth, this move positions the agency to maximize service for its thriving global roster, including inaugural clients Airbnb, Critical Mass and MediaMonks. FinchFactor will continue to focus on strategic business development across the US, while reinforcing the agency’s cross-border collaboration with its offices in Amsterdam and London.
At the helm of the expansion is Amanda Cosindas, the newly appointed Managing Director of FinchFactor US, who takes on responsibility for both the Los Angeles and New York offices from FinchFactor’s Playa Vista location. Amanda previously worked at LA-based Raconteur and has a wealth of experience in the creative, film production and digital creative worlds. The US teams will be working with clients including Airbnb, Critical Mass, Independent Media, MediaMonks, Saatchi LA and the newly engaged Great Bowery Film.
“We are stoked to have officially opened offices on both the west and east coasts”, said Founder and CEO Kerrie Finch. “As a team of globally-minded thinkers and doers, FinchFactor aims to empower businesses that shape culture and drive change, led by the power of thought leadership. Doing this across the US, where the creative and tech innovation industries are booming, made absolute sense and couldn’t be a more inspiring prospect. Our ambition is to grow both offices considerably by the end of the year.”
Jonathan Mildenhall, CMO Airbnb, said: “We have partnered fantastically with FinchFactor to help us promote both the Airbnb brand's creative credentials and our commitment to building the most diverse and inclusive in-house creative team. Kerrie Finch is a smart and thoughtful entrepreneur; she's built a team and brand of her own that's completely aligned with our values at Airbnb — diversity, acceptance, creative chutzpah”.
“FinchFactor is a highly talented, female-led company with a growing portfolio of smart, game-changing clients,” commented Amanda Cosindas, Managing Director US. “Brands are becoming more conscious of how they will affect progress, whether it's creatively or culturally, and I find that incredibly exciting. I’m amped to be helping them craft their stories.”
"It was only a matter of time before the talented and tenacious team of Finchies made it Stateside,” added Wesley ter Haar, Founder and COO, MediaMonks. “I look forward to telling people we worked with them before they changed the face of reputation management for the US creative industry, but for now I'll just enjoy the support, passion and relentless hustle we now get to enjoy on both US coasts, and around the world. I'd wish them good luck, but after six years of service it's clear luck has nothing to do with it."
