Using the FCB logo and the city of residency per employee, FCB Manila designed personalised background photos to use during Zoom meetings with clients and suppliers.
The result: 48 empowered employees represent the company’s brand during meetings from home, and everyone feels entrusted with carrying on the FCB quality of work.
This simple change of background not only turns work-from-home into a more professional set-up—it also creates an impression that multiple branches are working for one FCB. Now, FCB employees in this part of the world are having fun using the Zoom video feature more than ever.
