FCB today announced that Mollie Partesotti has been named chief strategy officer (CSO) of Chicago.
As the CSO, Mollie will partner with FCB Chicago president Kelly Graves and chief creative officer Andrés Ordóñez to evolve the agency’s strategic offering, deliver innovative and timeless ideas for clients across all disciplines, and cultivate a dynamic culture designed to support the growth and development of talent.
“Mollie is a strategic powerhouse who leads with empathy and passion,” said Kelly. “She has an outstanding track record of building strong client relationships and fostering inclusive environments that drive creativity. Her hustle and Never Finished mentality have solved some of the toughest brand problems for the biggest companies in the world. We are so excited to see what we will accomplish together.”
An experienced leader, passionate about growing brands and diverse talent, Mollie believes that good strategy should enable both creativity and effectiveness. “I’m honoured to round out the Chicago leadership team and help the agency grow and flourish in its next chapter,” said Mollie. “Kelly and Andrés are undoubtedly smart and charismatic. Their leadership and vision – coupled with FCB’s history, size, talent and momentum – are beyond impressive. I’m thrilled to join such an iconic agency.”
Mollie joins FCB from MullenLowe where she drove significant growth in its Los Angeles office and led strategy for brands including Acura, Whole Foods Market, Grey Goose and Patrón. She is a highly awarded industry veteran, who previously held roles at Wieden+Kennedy, Crispin Porter + Bogusky and TBWA\Media Arts Lab, where she co-created the “Shot on iPhone” campaign and led strategy globally for Apple.view more - Hires, Wins & BusinessFCB Chicago, Thu, 19 May 2022 08:58:13 GMT
