Exile Adds Editor Danielle Sclafani

The bi-coastal edit and finishing house, EXILE, has added editor Danielle Sclafani to its esteemed roster of talent. Sclafani brings an emotional bent and a cinematic eye to her work as a storyteller across short-form narrative, branded content, music videos, and commercials.

Sclafani’s thoughtful approach to shaping film honors an array of voices in an authentic, meaningful way. She captures the truest human emotion with an understanding that the most crucial part of a story is how it makes us feel. On the branded side, Sclafani has worked in close collaboration with a roster of clients, including Nike, Google, Facebook, and Volvo. Her dynamic work in music videos includes artists DJ Snake and Robert Gasper, whose video “Black Superhero,” edited by Sclafani, won both a Bronze Clio and a Silver ADC Cube. With a style that deftly integrates visuals and sound, Sclafani’s finished projects make for a visceral experience that elevates each film.

Sclafani comes to EXILE after spending six years at Uppercut, where she honed her signature style working with a deep bench of clients.
