Evolve Studios Launches 'Support Your Local Filmmaker' Merchandise

Evolve Studios, an independent, award-winning content studio, known for its conceptual & compelling original and branded content is about to be known for supporting its fellow creative community.

The company recently designed swag with the tagline 'Support Your Local Filmmaker' being sold on the Evolve website. But as the Covid-19 pandemic continues to negatively impact the independent film community, Evolve founders wanted to do something more to help their fellow filmmakers by donating the proceeds from the sale of these items to a few key organisations.

“As an indie film studio, we’ve always proudly supported independent filmmakers in our own hometown and around the world,” said Evolve’s founder Joel Edwards. “A year ago, we started making ‘Support Your Local Filmmaker’ hats to give to our crew and clients as gifts. People wore them around set, around town… and started getting asked, “where can I get one of those?”

Announced with a launch video, the Evolve Studios team created the official ‘Support Your Local Filmmaker’ merch store, along with some of its classic Evolve Studios gear. In response to the massive entertainment & media industry disruption of the coronavirus pandemic, all purchase profits go to support funds for Film/TV works impacted by Covid-19.
