Following an agency review, Evolution Bureau has been named the creative agency of record for Los Angeles-based La Brea Bakery.
EVB will lead all U.S. consumer-marketing efforts for the La Brea Bakery brand, which includes creation of an integrated communications plan focused on key selling periods . The agency expects to debut new social and digital creative in late 2012 and throughout 2013.
La Brea Bakery helped spark an artisan bread renaissance in Southern California when it first opened in 1989, and ultimately set the standard for fresh, artisan bread across the nation. Now, more than 20 years later, La Brea Bakery is a leading U.S. producer of par-baked artisan breads distributed to grocery stores, restaurants and foodservice institutions.

La Brea Bakery sells more than 100 varieties of award-winning, hand-cut loaves, baguettes, telera rolls, sandwich breads, dinner rolls and tortillas to leading grocery stores throughout the United States, including Costco, Kroger, Harris Teeter, SuperValu and Shoprite. In addition, La Brea Bakery's breads can be found at the La Brea Bakery Cafe at Downtown Disney in Anaheim, Calif., which went through an extensive renovation earlier this year.
