Wunderman Thompson South Asia's campaign ‘Manaao Dil Se, Bataao Dil Se’ helps spread happiness the ‘new normal’ way
Beloved amusement Park EsselWorld is celebrating Diwali this year in the ‘new normal’ style. The past few months have been difficult for everyone around the world as each one of us have faced a rough period in our lives. This Diwali, EsselWorld is letting you convey your wishes to all your loved ones and the ones who have been in distress by spreading happiness and boosting their spirit in a unique way with their ‘Manaao Dil Se, Bataao Dil Se’ initiative.

Conceptualised by Wunderman Thompson South Asia, the initiative enables one to wish their loved ones with a virtual diya, while EsselWorld will put up a fairy-lit bottle along with the sender’s personal message on the Treelight at the park.

Users will log on here to select a diya themed e-card template, write in your message and fill in personal details of the sender as well as the receiver. On following these steps, a confirmation SMS and email will be sent to the sender while the receiver will receive the e-card on his WhatsApp as well as on email on 14th November. Further, EsselWorld will be displaying a fairy-lit bottle on the ‘Treelight’ at the Park along with the personalised message. An HD image of the Treelight will be sent to both the sender as well as the receiver. The fairy-lit bottle, along with the message can be collected by the receiver from the Park once it reopens as Diwali wishes from EsselWorld.

“This year’s Diwali would not be the same as it has always been for everyone with all the gleam and fervour. We at EsselWorld would like to extend our help in brightening up the festival for all those who are not celebrating Diwali this year or whose festival would not be as bright as it used to be due to the pandemic. This unique concept lets us stay connected with all our patrons and lets us convey our wishes and gratitude for them”, said Mr. Paresh Mishra, senior vice president, sales and marketing, EsselWorld and Water Kingdom.

By sending wishes through ‘Manaao Dil Se, Bataao Dil Se’, users could also get an opportunity to win gift vouchers up to Rs. 10,000.
