As a result of rapidly expanding client accounts and incremental projects, including new business wins for Bojangles’, ESPN College Game Day and Lionsgate, EP+Co is boosting capabilities within its creative team with thirteen new hires.

Joining the agency as SVP, group creative directors are Michael Buss from Firehouse Dallas; John Foster from BBH NY and Kyle Jones from Periera O’Dell San Francisco. Cory Schearer has been hired as VP, creative director, and returns to EP+Co from FerebeeLane.

Ellen Page, formerly at McKinney, joins the team as creative director, while Casey Church, formerly at the Swift Agency in Portland, has been brought on as an associate creative director. Skylar Williams, from Faction & Fiction Denver and Paul Domingo, from Havas Chicago, have been hired as art directors; Ryan Bailey, formerly with the Creative Circus, and Chris Vanderkleed from Annexx 88, join the agency as junior art directors.

The agency has also fueled its copywriting resources with the addition of Margaret Bradfield and Michelle Turpin, from J. Walter INSIDE and Bernstein Rein. Heather Grace, formerly an apprentice with the agency’s CoLab shop and studio, has also been hired as a junior content engineer to help support growing client demands for 100% made-in-house content capabilities.

“EP+Co is growing – every day we’re asked to Unthink a problem we’ve never had before, a project we’ve never done before. That’s what we do best. But those problems don’t solve themselves; it takes a unique mind to come in, rip up the playbook and just do it differently,” said Con Williamson, president and chief creative officer at EP+Co. “We apply that same mentality to our ‘creative’ talent – we don’t have a mold here that folks need to fit into. Everyone who joins our team brings something a little special and we can’t wait to see them shake things up!”

The new hires will report directly to John Cornette, executive creative director + director of innovation, working across a number of accounts.
