Electric Glue joins Hello Finch, a new indie superagency championing a fresh model for marketing. Founded by ex Co-op executive, Jemima Bird, Hello Finch is a 20-strong virtual collective of independent agencies that aims to reconfigure client-creative relationships for the gig-economy era.
Hello Finch is a fully integrated, full service agency, offering speed, agility and choice for brands for a new era. Created in reaction to the changing marketing industry landscape, the collective covers all disciplines within marketing and branding. Electric Glue was handpicked to join Butterfield Harris, Third City, Forever Beta, Public Inc, and ROAST, amongst other independent agency powerhouses.
After 20 years at the top of the game, former Co-op executive Jemima Bird, who led brand transformations at Moss Bros and Trainline., was inspired to found Hello Finch after encountering recent frustrations in marketing. She views it to have been slow to adapt for a new social order that values choice, freedom, speed and control over cumbersome, limiting and rigid commitments.
Hello Finch provides every client with a personalised front door to world-class talent, and builds bespoke agency teams that can fully deliver to forensically specific client briefs. It's a speedy alternative to the general service; the long-winded tendering processes, and the handcuff contracts still governing agency land.
By harnessing the power of multiple award-winning independent players, Hello Finch offers an easier and more efficient way of matching client demand to great creative supply. And by removing traditional agency overheads, substantially more of clients' budgets can go towards telling innovative, compelling brand stories.
Jemima comments: “Great marketing is about having a brilliant brand strategy, big ideas, creativity and passion. Hello Finch delivers all of this seamlessly courtesy of our network of powerhouse independent agencies. Through one point of contact, Hello Finch offers bespoke service and collaboration; with the client in control. We move fast and with delivery and execution methods fit for the 21st century. The businesses that comprise Hello Finch have survived and flourished by thinking outside the box so we're here to make that talent, creativity and progressive thinking available en masse, via logical arrangements, to brands big and small.”
Simon Orpin, Founder of Electric Glue, comments: “We think Hello Finch is a fantastic and groundbreaking proposition. The collective offers clients direct access to a hugely experienced group of agile thinkers and collaborators. Jemima's point of view on marketing and advertising aligns perfectly with the principles upon which Electric Glue was founded, and as such, we are delighted to be the media partner.”
