Post-production studio, Absolute, have strengthened their editorial team with the appointment of editor, Ollie Burn.
Ollie joins following a five-year tenure as editor at Big Buoy, prior to which he learnt his craft cutting showreels during a stint in MCR, ‘back when people still used tapes!’. During his career, Ollie has collaborated with agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, The&Partnership and Karmarama. His portfolio boasts editorial work for brands such as Kellogg’s, Bose, Amazon and Rolls Royce, the latter of which was particularly pertinent of his penchant for “the creative freedom to try things and play around.”
Of his new role, Ollie comments: “I’ve been a fan of the work Absolute produce for a while and their passion and pride in what they do is already evident. I still can't quite believe that I get paid to do what I do – experiment and create great work, and I’m excited to do this as part of a great team of editors.”
