Droga5 has announced its new head of Data Strategy, Andrew Tully. His position is effective immediately, reporting into Global Chief Strategy Officer, Jonny Bauer. Tully will work across all accounts at Droga5.
Prior to joining Droga5, Tully pioneered the development of Carrot Creative’s (a VICE company) analytics department from the ground up, mining key insights based on qualitative and quantitative analysis of all social, web, digital ad, and all other aspects of digital marketing for brands. He has worked with a variety of brands including Target, Ferrari, AT&T, Cole Haan, Unilever and Rolex. Tully was part of the team who took home a 2015 Webby Award - People’s Voice Winner for the Nature Conservancy’s “#SavetheElephants” campaign. As a Managing Director of Carrot Creative, he opened a satellite office in Minneapolis to help support clients based in the Midwest and grow the business. He has also aided in beta testing and developing new products with the former president of Tumblr and the Intel Intelligence Lab.
"My experience has taught me that data and its analysis can reveal hidden truths about how we communicate, work, interact and live, “ says Tully. “Droga5 is not only one of the best in the advertising and creative business, but they also happen to share this truth. I look forward to leading and continuing to grow this department within the agency and expand our data strategy offering to clients.”
“We are excited for Andrew to take our Data Strategy discipline to new heights,” says Jonny Bauer, Global Chief Strategy Officer. “His diverse experience combined with his unique understanding of data will only make us stronger.”
