Creative agency Droga5 has announced a new leadership team made up entirely of children that transformed the agency into a playground of creative possibilities for 'Bring your child to work day.' In a move that left boardrooms everywhere scratching their heads, the new Children’s Suite ushered in a new era for Droga5.

"Sure, they don't have licenses or years of experience, but on that day, our new leaders showed us they're driving the future," said Scott Bell, chief creative officer at Droga5.

By putting kids as the new leadership team, Droga5 turned the traditional 'Bring your child to work day' into 'Kids Rule Day' and placed kids at the helm of the agency for a day. From nap time meticulously scheduled by its Project Managers, to doling out stickers for stellar work, and even a lunch of all finger foods, plus becoming our in-house photographers and creative directors – the day was a whirlwind of whimsy.

They also took over Droga5’s social channels, where they shared creative reviews of the latest work from the agency using coloured pencils and markers, advice for young creatives, perspectives on award programs, and presented upcoming trends and cool words to know.

"How about kind of a little bit strawberrier?" said Theo Moriarty, the new three-year-old ECD, when asked to give feedback on a new ad campaign.

This week, control of Droga5 has been passed back to the adults of the agency, yet it may be implementing a few ideas from the kid-leaders as they realised that all the best ideas come right after nap time.
