Taco Bell recently unveiled their new gourmet inspired Cantina Bell menu, created in partnership with celebrity chef Lorena Garcia (who was featured on NBC's America's Next Great Restaurant and will be on Bravo's Top Chef Masters). Dishes demonstrating her passion for flavor and great taste use new ingredients such as whole black beans; cilantro rice; all-white meat chicken in a citrus and herb marinade; guacamole made with Hass avocados; fire-roasted corn salsa; creamy cilantro dressing; and pico de gallo.
To demonstrate these fresh flavours and promote the new menu, Draftfcb Orange County created print ads that ran in 'People' and 'Us Weekly' featuring QR codes made from fresh lemons and avocados. The codes link to a mobile site with full recipes for Lorena Garcia’s citrus-herb marinated chicken and guacamole.
