Creative digital agency DPDK announces that CFO, Paul Jitta, and Creative Director, Michael Vromans, have been promoted as partners at DPDK. Jitta and Vromans join co-founder and CEO, Pim van Helten, as partners of the agency.
Jitta and Vromans have over twenty years of experience and have played an instrumental role in the growth of the agency over the last few years. Pim van Helten, CEO, adds: “Paul and Michael have been able to challenge the agency by raising their own bar. On top of our production skills we are continuously investing in creative strategy and in new ways of working with our clients. With this new promotion, we create a stronger profile and strengthen the core of the agency to aim for more growth on international accounts.”
Paul Jitta has had multiple roles within the agency, moving from Account Manager to CFO since his start in 2008. Jitta is responsible for coordinating the financial back-office and plays a leading role in streamlining DPDK’s account structure.
Michael Vromans previously worked at agencies such as Kong, JWT and UbachsWisbrun. In 2011, he started as Art Director and worked his way up to Creative Director. Vromans leads the development of design, concepts and strategy. He is also responsible for the creative output of the agency.
DPDK hired several new talents this year due to the continued growth of the agency, with new international account wins such as Pernod Ricard and soda manufacturer brand, Vrumona, among others.
