PIGEON announces the addition of permanent part-time talent, Tara Wright, Dorota Kulig and Shawna Dressler to the agency’s growing team of full-service advertising and communication professionals.
Dorota Kulig and Tara Wright, creative directors, have worked as a team for a large portion of their careers. They each bring over 15 years of advertising experience, working with boutique agencies and global giants. Together, Tara and Dorota have developed award-winning work on global brands like Budweiser, Kraft, Lexus, Manulife, Nestlé, RBC and Tim Hortons, just to name a few. The dynamic duo have been involved in all stages and phases of projects, from strategy and creative development through media and experiential, post-production and new business development. Dorota and Tara join the team working closely with PIGEON’S client, IKEA Canada, as their official activation agency.
As part of PIGEON’S increasing investment in its employees, Shawna Dressler has been appointed as the head of people and culture. Shawna brings over 20 years of extensive, progressive experience at places like The&Partnership Canada, where she worked in tandem with the North American Group and Global People Team at headquarters in London, UK. Shawna previously worked at independent agencies such as, Zulu Alpha Kilo, Rain, and GJP Advertising + Design. In addition to her wealth of experience, Shawna has worked in human resources, talent management, people operations, recruitment, building creative culture and ID&E, communications and coaching, and is a committed volunteer of AIR (Allies in Recruiting).
