Saatchi & Saatchi Bulgaria are asking aspiring creatives to discover if they have the right mix of leadership skills and art director’s touch in a 7-step online test that will help the agency identify an exceptional candidate to join their team.

“We are looking for a unique mix of a Creative Leader with Art Direction background. It’s not Either/Or, it’s And/And,” said Milin Djalaliev, Managing Director of Saatchi & Saatchi Bulgaria. “The challenge is that not every art director has the soft skills and determination to lead. The ideal person for the job will be someone who can see the big picture and lead our creativity in the right direction.”

As the agency is looking for an unconventional applicant, a standard job recruitment ad wasn’t going to be enough. Only those who have the patience to complete the 7-step test are considered for the position.

“Our wish list is for someone who can generate lots of ideas and has great communication and problem solving skills. It’s also important to have a positive self-image, have a sense of humor, and be able to bring out the best in people,” continues Djalaliev. “If you think you have what it takes, I encourage you to try the test.
