DLMDD and Singapore Airlines Win Big at Design Week Awards

The sound of Singapore Airlines has won the prestigious Design Week Award 2022 for best sonic identity - becoming the first ever winner in the award show’s inaugural sound category. 

The identity created in collaboration with Singapore Airlines and TBWA Singapore, brought together instrument builders, composers and orchestrators from across the world to translate the visual frequencies of the new SIA Batik Motif into their sound equivalents. 

The work caught the judges attention for its "Interesting background that has produced a quietly distinctive musical signature".
