TBWA\Chiat\Day LA has been named the brand creative agency of record by credit card and financial services company Discover. The move comes as COVID has accelerated big change within the financial industry and how we all engage with our money.

As AOR, the agency will handle a variety of responsibilities including strategic and creative development, social and production. With first work anticipated this year, Chiat\Day will be focused on developing Discover’s new brand and creative platform and go-to-market strategy – all in collaboration with existing partner agencies 360i and Spark Media.

Hansoul Kim will serve as the Business Lead running the Discover account, supported by Jesse Unger, group strategy director, Kirsten Rutherford, group creative director and Caleb Jansen, executive creative director.
