Director Nick Wright Signs to El Colony

A few wonderful directors are joining El Colony this summer, and amongst them is a fantastic action and VFX director Nick Wright. 

Nick’s long history of visual effects direction has led him on a wondrous journey through almost every facet of the commercial film making process. Starting as a 3D animator and compositor at the UK’s Yorkshire Television, Nick worked on some of the most loved UK dramas including A Touch of Frost, The Royals and Heartbeat. Jump ahead a few years and his landscape has shifted from creating longform visual effects, to directing commercials with a heavy visual effects bent, whether it's cars or characters; photorealistic or fantastical.

Nick’s background as a Live Action Director, Visual Effects Supervisor and VFX Artist allows him to work side by side with both crews and visual effects artists alike.
