Director Jaroslav Moravec Signs to Kode

Kode Media announces the signing of director Jaroslav Moravec to its roster.

Growing up in the suburbs of Prague, Jara or Jaroslav to his mum, has always been fascinated by fringes dividing real and abstract, giving his work a distinctive look. 

Jara builds a self contained universe for each project. His work for brands such as Shell, Netflix, adidas and Erste Bank are perfect examples of his delicate sense of building atmosphere, and his ability to choreograph camera movement and scene transitions in a fluid and original way. 

Once graduated from a photography course, he moved to London and then Berlin cutting his teeth shooting music videos and commercial work. Now based back in Prague, Jara spends his free time promoting ambient events called Dietl Archive, DJing and designing light installations.

Jack Goodwin, head of production at Kode, commented: "When I first saw Jara's work at the start of this year I knew he was a special talent, so I couldn't be more pleased to be welcoming him to the Kode roster for commercial and music representation in the UK."
