3angrymen has announced the signing of director Dan Hodgson to join its new look team in its new London Bethnal Green HQ.

Dan has impressive experience working internationally with clients such as UNICEF, UN Agencies, ChildFund, the World Bank and various governments. His immense versatility as a filmmaker, working as a solo-shooter videographer and as a large-scale director, make him a welcome addition to 3angrymen as they continue to deliver high quality films that matter.

The London-based production company, with its award-winning record of producing films for charities looks to be a good match for Dan, who shared his enthusiasm noting: “I’m delighted to join the 3angrymen team. We’re seeing an ever-growing desire for authentic content among audiences and as 3angrymen continue to demonstrate, this can be achieved by merging inspiring brands with audience-first content. Put simply, the teams’s passion for cinematic storytelling matches mine.”

Alongside seasoned in-house director Danny Baldwin, Dan will be joining producers Sophie Christophersen and Georgia Hussey, who began work with 3angrymen in Spring 2019, leading the company's drive into branded documentary content production.

Thom Wood, managing director at 3angrymen: “The second we heard Dan's backstory, working all over the world to tell important, sensitive stories, we saw there was an opportunity to add something different but with someone who shares our core values”, adding “His films are all really beautiful, unfussy examples of telling stories with real people at their heart. Documentary and branded content are a big part of where we want to take the company, it's increasingly something clients are asking us about so it just made sense for us to up our expertise in that area."
