Deutsch's New York Office Announces New Senior Promotions

Deutsch NY CEO, Val DiFebo announced today the election of three new Vice Presidents, four new Senior Vice Presidents, four Executive Vice Presidents and a new senior hire.

James Cowie & Rich Kolopeaua: For the past four years James and Rich have proven themselves as a “go to” dynamic duo. They are constantly pushing to produce higher quality work and smarter thinking for our clients. This year alone the beautifully crafted work they did for PwC was awarded at the D&AD club, ADC, The One Show and it received two Webby nominations. Both James and Rich were promoted from Associated Creative Director to VP Creative Director.

Shreya Mukherjee: Leading the strategy on multiple PNC business/brand units, Shreya has accomplished a lot for both her clients and the agency. In addition, she has been key to developing the new positioning for Diversity for PNC – including the project management, stakeholder interviews, expert interviews, collaborating with vendor on Semiotic Analysis, Workshop design and developing the positioning deck – she will do whatever is asked of her, and do it well. She was promoted from Planning Director, to VP, Planning Director.

Kristen Rincavage:  A detail-oriented, optimistic individual, and avid supporter of Deutsch, Kristen runs the iconic spirits brand account, Jagermeister, in addition to the multi-channel PwC business. She was promoted from VP, Account Director to SVP, Account Director.

Lisa Conneely:  An experienced marketing analytics professional, At Deutsch, Lisa primarily focuses on Sherwin Williams Diversified Brands. She is an avid champion of Deutsch, Data Strategy and bringing data-driven insights towards better communications solutions. She was promoted to from VP, Director of Data Analytics to SVP, Director of Data Analytics.

Scott Lindenbaum:  Working across various accounts in the NY Office, such as Sherwin-Williams and PNC Bank, a former snowboarder and techprenuer, Scott is always striving to create deeper, more meaningful projects that incorporate digital, experiential and content marketing. Scott was promoted from VP, Digital Planning Director to SVP, Digital Planning Director.

Sarah Rankin: Sarah has earned the trust and respect of the senior most clients at PNC, and her peers and colleagues within the agency are also the senior most people on the team. She stays ahead of what is going on in an ever-changing part of the industry, while managing a team that responsible for a heavy day-to-day workload. Never afraid to chip in on a new business pitch, she is a great team member and wonderful person to work with.  She was promoted from VP, Digital Group Media Director, to SVP, Digital Group Media Director.

Denise Guillet: An Ad industry veteran, Denise has joined Deutsch’s NY office as Senior Vice President, Group Account Director on the Galderma Business. With her extensive experience in Pharma, she will be a tremendous asset and wonderful addition to the team.

Tyler Helms:  An official Deutsch “boomeranger,” and an integral part of the Deutsch family for the past nine years, Tyler is an extremely valued asset. Now responsible for running the entire Sherwin-Williams Diversified Brands portfolio – he is the rock that holds the several lines of business and brands together. He is an incredible partner and team leader, exerting positive energy that moves his team to achieve excellence. Tyler was promoted from SVP, Group Account Director to EVP, Group Account Director.

Katherine Moncrief: Katherine will be taking on a broader talent role within the agency, looking for the best of the best across departments. She will be streamlining our hiring, review and mentoring practice alongside the HR team. Katherine was promoted from SVP, Director of Talent to EVP, Director of Talent.

Robert Schwartz: A four-year veteran of Deutsch, Robert hasextensive global experience and a record of brand building for clients across multiple categories, including PwC, Outback Steakhouse, Samsung and Galderma. Robert was promoted from SVP, Group Planning Director to EVP, Group Planning Director.

Rich VanSteenburgh: Every growth engine needs a solid foundation – some people are better at providing towards growth than the foundation part, but Rich does both. He has not only helped the Data Strategy group, but he has been integral in helping the agency overall, be smarter and more data-driven across client and new business pitches. Rich was promoted from SVP, Director of Data Analytics to EVP, Director of Data Analytics.
