Art director Madeleine started out working in reality TV before stints at agencies including Leo Burnett and Clemenger BBDO Sydney. Camille joined from Clemenger BBDO Sydney, and has also spent time at Digitas and The Iconic, while Lucy spent almost five years at Ogilvy Sydney.
