DDB Latina’s subsidiary in Colombia, which was recently recognised as Agency of the Year 2017, along with the DDB Group Peru, formed by Fahrenheit DDB and Tribal 121, were chosen by the brewer to work with their brands Poker and Pilsen Callao in Colombia and Peru respectively.
This was the result of a regional pitch for the markets of Colombia, Peru and Ecuador, in which the agencies of McCann, PublicisOne and Gray participated. Paradais, the new DDB agency in Ecuador, will be in charge of working with the advertiser in this market.
DDB Colombia has been working for Poker in this market for more than 7 years. During this time, the brand became the best-selling beer of the country. In 2016 Poker and DDB won the Effie sustained success Award and in 2017, they won the Grand Effie and AB-Inbev Bavaria was chosen as Advertiser of the Year.
