DDB Latina Awarded the Most Creative Network of Ibero-America in El Ojo 2017

An impressive performance from 12 of the network's offices, including the three Best Agencies in Ibero-America
Three Grands Prix, more than 120 trophies, 12 winning offices, the three Best Agencies of Ibero-America and four of the Best Local Agencies and Creatives, were some of the recognitions that the Network received during the 20-year celebration of El Ojo de Iberoamérica Festival, which was held this past November 8th, 9th and 10th in the city of Buenos Aires.

After a tough and vigorous competition, Africa was awarded as the Best Agency in Ibero-America and Sergio Gordilho as the Best Creative in the region, followed by Alma DDB by only a three-point difference and DM9DDB on third place. This is how DDB Latina got the three Best Ibero-American Agencies in its team.

Africa, Alma DDB, and DM9DDB each took a Grand Prix for their work on ESPN with Inequality Courts, Netflix with Spanish Lessons, and Walmart with Price on the Jersey in the Sustainable, Interactive and, Promo and Activation categories, respectively.
 
Africa, Alma DDB, DDB Puerto Rico, and DDB Centro Guatemala, took the title of Best Local Agency, while Luis Miguel Messianu, Alvar Suñol, Kike Renta, Jorge Solórzano and Julián Núñez were recognized as the Best Creatives in their respective markets. In addition, DDB Puerto Rico and DDB Centro Guatemala took the award for Best Local Idea.

While Africa, Alma DDB, and DM9DDB conquered most of the awards, DDB Argentina, DDB Spain, Fahrenheit DDB Peru, DDB Centro, DDB Colombia, DDB Puerto Rico, Tribal Peru, Tribal Buenos Aires, and Madison DDB Costa Rica also contributed with impressive recognitions, which were represented in golds, silver, and bronzes.

This is how the pioneer Network in uniting the Latin markets of the world—under a unique vision inspired by culture, not geography—is positioned for the first time as the Best Network in Ibero-America.
