Following the departure of Iris Minnema, DDB Dubai has appointed Nathalie Gevresse as its new managing director. She will be joining DDB in the first week of April.
Nathalie spent more than 18 years in advertising mostly at JWT, mostly in Paris working on EMEA clients. She is now coming back to the agency side after a few years spent with Dubai Parks and Resorts and The Dubai Mall, where she was successively head of marketing and in charge of brand communication.
Commenting on Nathalie’s appointment, Hubert Boulos CEO Middle East said “I am delighted to see Nathalie join us. It is always great to see world class talent strengthening DDB’s leadership. I have worked with Nathalie at JWT, and always wanted her on board at DDB since my arrival in 2013. Whilst I certainly know her worth as an Ad Woman, I believe her experience with The Dubai Mall and Dubai Parks and Resorts will bring us a wealth of insights on clients’ expectation in times of drastic change and economic uncertainty.”
Commenting on her move, Nathalie Gevresse said: “DDB is one of the great iconic agency brands and certainly one of the very few agencies to lead clients with a real multi-channel approach. DDB is putting creativity and emotions at the heart of brands’ communication. To me that is crucial to create distinctiveness and efficiency. I am thrilled to be part of a team that is talented, passionate and hard working.”
