As an agency known for their innovative thinking and using the power of creativity for social good, David&Goliath (D&G) brings on a fearless creative force, Avital Pinchevsky as executive creative director. With the addition of Avital bolstering the creative team, D&G plans to continue delivering brave ideas and creating long-lasting impact for clients in both the West Coast office and recently opened East Coast office, D&G Brooklyn, and the world.

“We are thrilled to welcome Avi to the D&G family,” said Ben Purcell, chief creative officer at D&G. “Her global experience, her impeccable taste in creativity and her ability to shape nuggets of ideas into brilliant executions, sets her apart. She goes ‘all in’ on every brief, idea, and pitch — aligning with our agency’s mission to elevate the work to greater heights.”

Reporting to Ben, Avital brings over 20 years of experience to D&G where she will be responsible for creating and overseeing breakthrough creative work on the Kia America account. Avital will also be tasked with elevating the creative product for each brand partner and campaign, as well as building strong relationships both internally and externally with clients.

“I am energised by D&G’s creative, optimistic, and innovative spirit, and excited at the prospect of creating the kind of work that allows people to fall in love with brands, defines culture, and slays business Goliaths,” said Avital. “I’ve always believed that creativity is a behaviour changer, and I feel like I’m amongst kindred spirits, where the culture fosters bravery and growth, for the team, our partners, and clients.”

Prior to D&G, Avital served as EVP, global executive creative director at FCB Chicago for five and a half years, where she spearheaded campaigns for clients such as Cox Communications, Kimberly Clarke, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Walmart. Before her time at FCB Chicago, Avital was SVP, executive creative director at Leo Burnett where she co-led the agency’s digital and social wing, Leo Burnett Interactive (LBi).

Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Avital has held positions at various top creative agencies worldwide including CP+B, BBDO NY, TBWA Hunt Lascaris in South Africa, and Y&R in Israel. Other previous clients of Avital include Microsoft, JELL-O, Pepsi, Target Conservation International, BMW, and Hyundai.

Avital has won an extensive list of accolades throughout her career, including award wins at Cannes Lions, D&AD Awards, The One Show, Art Directors Club, ANDY Awards, London International Awards, Clio Awards, and Effie Awards.
