David Fincher Joins Academy Films

David Fincher has joined the Academy roster as part of a reciprocal deal with US startup Reset Content.  Reset has been set up by Fincher, and ex-Anonymous Content Executive Producer, Dave Morrison.  

 

Academy will look after Reset directors Tim Miller, Andre Stringer and PES, alongside Fincher.

 

David Fincher is one of the most revered commercial, music video and feature film directors of a generation.  Starting his career in music videos, David went on to work with some of the world’s most influential artists such as Madonna, Michael Jackson and The Rolling Stones.  

 

He’s directed iconic ad campaigns for Nike, Adidas, Motorola, Heineken and Siemens (among others) and continues to shoot commercial work in between feature projects.

 

His feature credits include Seven, Fight Club, Zodiac, The Social Network and The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, picking up several Oscar nominations along the way.
