Award-winning, full-service creative agency Dagger has expanded its team, welcoming Laura Robichaux as VP, group account director. Laura comes to Dagger from BBDO, where she led campaign strategy, omnichannel communications planning and content production, including major online, in-store and broadcast retail events, for The Home Depot.

Laura’s experience spans 16 years leading large-scale marketing initiatives for high-profile brands, including Deloitte, TiVo, Intercontinental Hotels Group, EPIX, Interface Flooring, LexisNexis Risk Solutions, GEICO, Bass Pro Shops, Fidelity, Turner, DC Comics, Chick-Fil-A and Coke Zero. Before BBDO, she held similar roles at Adrenaline Agency and Hothouse, where she led planning and oversight for large-scale B2C and B2B marketing initiatives on behalf of global brands representing over $2MM in annual gross agency billings.

“Laura’s drive and deep understanding of how to partner with brands to achieve new levels of success are why she’s precisely the account leader we need on our growing team,” said Missy Taylor, managing partner at Dagger. “She’s a leader that our clients and teams can count on, and we couldn’t be happier that she’s chosen Dagger.”

As VP, group account director at Dagger, Laura’s extensive client partnership experience and passion for problem-solving will help grow key accounts.

“Dagger’s philosophy of unconventional, entrepreneurial thinking and challenging the status quo really resonates with me, and I’m excited to have an opportunity to be part of a culture that gives me the freedom to deepen client relationships and deliver value in exciting, unexpected ways,” said Robichaux.
