Curate Films Create Creative Alliance with Pony Show Entertainment

Curate Films will look after Spike Lee, Ben Stiller, Chris Columbus and a host of other Hollywood greats in London and Europe through their creative partnership with US production house Pony Show Entertainment.

Curate is a company that already has incredible directorial talent and houses over 20 writers that have been used by agencies and brands alike, and the impact of having writers and now Hollywood A list directors joining forces makes them an attractive proposition for agencies and a new and exciting way forward. “Pony Show’s diverse and talented roster is exceptional, Mads and I are incredibly excited to partner with them.”

Pony Show EP’s Jeff Frankel and Susan Kirson share the same creative ideology. “We started chatting with Dan and Madeleine a while back and felt their company’s vision was perfectly in line with ours. World class storytellers like ours can be an invaluable asset to get people buzzing about a client’s message”. Some ad folks might not be aware that Spike Lee is a recent inductee to the Advertising Hall of Fame. “These directors get it. Give the likes of Ben Stiller or Chris Columbus a great script and watch the magic happen“.

Pony Show have strong links to Hollywood best and brightest; actress Melissa McCarthy directed her first TV spot with them, Peter Berg, Barry Sonnenfeld, Bryan Singer are just a few of the Hollywood heavyweights who have had long affiliations with the company.

Curate will also look after Lee Daniels, Drew Pearce, Alec Berg, Lee Toland Krieger, Malcolm D Lee, and Pamela Adlon among other Hollywood’s best and brightest talent from the Pony Show roster. Pamela Adlon’s Better Things which she wrote and directed is currently running on BBC2 is a very funny dark and observed show about single motherhood.

Pony Show Entertainment have offices in New York and Los Angeles.
