American Tourister’s global campaign features their new Brand Ambassador: five-time Ballon D’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo, a fashion icon who’s global adventures will be accompanied by American Tourister throughout 2018. The world’s most marketable footballer reflects the bold, vital, colourful and modern spirit of American Tourister.
At the heart of American Tourister’s 360 degree marketing campaign for 2018, the spot is a callout for all globetrotters to “Bring Back More” from their journeys. A frequent traveller himself, Cristiano personifies this concept. With his suitcase as his constant travel companion, he brings back more memories, experiences, and memorabilia from every trip.
American Tourister has engaged the popular award-winning comercial director Augusto de Fraga to bring this to life in a series of television commercials. The campaign has been developed in graphic media, outdoor and point-of-sale material. In addition, prior to its broadcast, a digital activation has been designed under the Hashtag #AmericanTourister and #BringBackMore, where fans of the brand have had to guess who the global ambassador of the brand is for 2018.
