CREAM is the annual competition held by The Talent Business, the world leader in executive search for creative businesses, that supports emerging creative talent globally, by introducing them to the Creative Directors of the world’s leading agencies and creative businesses. CREAM, now its 18th year, has provided a platform for creatives who have gone on to deliver famous, award-winning work, and to become high-profile CDs/ECDs as well as successful agency founders. Through CREAM, creatives have secured placements and roles at agencies including Droga5, Google Creative Lab, adam&eveDDB, Wieden+Kennedy, Ogilvy and Mother.
The Talent Business believes that diversity and inclusion are crucial to the future of the industry. It’s for this reason that this year they have opened up CREAM 2018 to benefit a broader cross-section of high potential young talent, on less typical routes into the industry. Working with other industry initiatives, including D&AD Shift and Creative Mentor Network, they have invited creatives, who haven’t had the benefit of college training, to join the competition. In the run up to this evening, these talented individuals have been given an eight-week intense mentorship by Mother, adam&eveDDB and Creature who have helped them to produce the work that will be showcased at the Private View.

This year The Talent Business are partnering with Havas London, who will showcase the winners in a Private View on Thursday 20th September. Some of the biggest names in the industry judge the work entered but only twenty will be winners. This year’s judges include David Kolbusz (Droga5, London), Dan Germain (Apple), Alice Tonge (4Creative, London) and Joakim Borgstrom (BBH, Singapore).
The incredible ongoing support that The Talent Business has from the hosting agency and the judges all over the world, as well as those that attend the annual Private View, means that CREAM can continue to support the next generation of creative talent, and the creative leaders of the future.
