A new service is changing the process for television commercial and content production bidding. Line by Line™ is founded by executive bidding producer Victoria Curtis, who brings more than two decades of entertainment industry experience across commercial and digital content production, having worked alongside A-list directors as a bidding producer and head of production in past roles.
