Comedy Funk Musician Jazz Emu Sings about 'Crispy Towels' in Musical Sitcom from Blink Industries

An explosive collaboration between Jazz Emu and Blink Industries has manifested itself into a smouldering comedy short.

The story follows the life of Jazz Emu, who works for a failing music label and dreams of becoming the world’s greatest junktronica musician. When his idol accidentally walks into the wrong studio, Jazz decides to take his destiny into his own hands…

Jazz Emu is an unpretentious pseudo-comedomusicologist, who writes glistening up-tempo funkpop for the emotionally stunted. He has garnered a cult following online, with millions of streams on YouTube and Spotify, and his tracks have been played on BBC Radio 1 Breakfast with Greg James.

Through spring 2022 he has been touring the USA with a solo live show, which debuted in London to a sold out week, and which is headed to the Edinburgh festival in August 2022. For the past year he has been developing a musical sitcom with blink industries.
