Colourful RPA Campaign Allows Users to Zoom with Pride

With many celebratory events going digital, RPA wanted to bring the joy of Pride into people’s homes. The ad agency partnered with top-tier production companies to create a collection of custom colourful, bright and cheeky Zoom backgrounds anyone can use.

Adina Sales, managing director at Psyop+Blacklist, says of the idea: “We are all looking for ways to help each other forward and support our community.  We welcomed the opportunity to spark joy and celebrate the triumphs of those who have fought for equality, love, self-acceptance and pride.”

When RPA told us about their ‘Find Your Joy’ initiative, we were delighted to contribute. We hope our artwork brings everyone a sense of happiness and also helps people to feel connected; celebrating in style all month long!”

The LGBTQ+ community has always found ways to see the rainbows through the storm clouds, and while we can’t celebrate Pride out on the streets, it can be shown off in a new virtual format.

The creation of the Pride Zoom backgrounds is part of RPA Represent, an internal program that promotes creating a diverse and inclusive work culture.
