Code and Theory announces a round of new hires and a promotion. Code and Theory has had a lot of exciting momentum in growing its employees, across several departments! Catherine Lim joins as head of production, Kristen Cromer as group director, experience design and Kirstyn Nimmo as group director inclusive design and marketing strategy. Brent Buntin is also promoted to chief growth officer.
Catherine Lim, head of production
An industry vet with 20+ years of experience, Catherine was SVP of integrated program management at Weber Shandwick over the past four years, and has previously held roles at American Express, R/GA, Publicis, and more.
Catherine will oversee a team of 60 people throughout global production.
Kristen Cromer, group director, experience design
An industry vet with 20+ years of experience, Kristen has served as the global head of design and build at Ogilvy.

Kirstyn Nimmo, group director, inclusive design and marketing strategy
Kirstyn holds over a decade of experience as a social impact strategist.
She will be an integral new member and lead Code and Theory's inclusive design and marketing practice, partnering with Code and Theory's chief diversity officer, Renée Miller to continue building external-facing DE&I philosophies with a focus on campaign development and digital ecosystem strategy.
Brent Buntin, chief growth officer
Formerly Code and Theory's chief marketing officer for three years in his six+ year tenure at the agency, Brent has been promoted to chief growth officer. He has been instrumental in the agency's unprecedented expansion and evolution; playing a key role in winning some of our largest accounts ever. Brent will continue to lead business development but now will also oversee the strategic accounts team, which leads client engagement for the agency's largest accounts, including Amazon, Con Edison, JPMC, and others.
