Clockwork Films Plants Roots in New Zealand

Clockwork Films EP, Damien Whitney has announced that the company is opening shop in New Zealand. Heading up the business in Auckland is long term friend and colleague, Vicky Ryan (nee Rhedey). A highly respected senior producer, Vicky has worked in the business since the tender young age of 16.

Says Damien: “Everybody in the advertising industry appreciates the excellent creative work that comes from NZ, so our intention is to provide agencies easy access to a broad range of fresh new directors while also developing local young talent. Plus, the opportunity to work with Vicky again is a huge bonus, she is a superstar who is much loved within the industry and always makes sure every production runs like… clockwork.”

Says Vicky: “I’m extremely excited about this new adventure. I’ve loved coming home to Auckland to both familiar and new faces. I’m very humbled by this opportunity and can’t wait to get out there and collaborate with people I am truly inspired by.”

Vicky has been appointed as managing director/EP.
