Clemenger BBDO Melbourne Launches Unique Characters Graduate Programme for 2022

Clemenger BBDO Melbourne is seeking out Unique Characters for its 2022 graduate programme, that’s not just for grads.

The programme, in its sixth year, is seeking applications from people that are forever curious and ready to push boundaries in the creative industry, regardless of whether they’ve come through traditional tertiary pathways.

Successful applicants will take part in a paid 10-month programme where they’ll gain experience in account management, planning, production, creative, digital, shopper, activation and experiential.

Last year’s Unique Characters programme saw the agency group provide opportunities to 10 incredible people to kick start their career in the creative industry. 

Applications are open now until 5pm Tuesday November 30, with successful applicants commencing work in 2022.
