Clear M&C Saatchi, a global growth consultancy specialising in business, brand, experience and innovation, is thrilled to announce the appointment of João Marcopito as associate creative director in New York, effective immediately.
With over 15 years of experience as a graphic designer, brand strategist and marketing analyst in São Paulo and New York, João brings an incredible amount of expertise and talent to Clear’s growing team in the US.
João joins Clear from FutureBrand, where he spent two years as a design director. As a freelance design director, marketing analyst and photographer before this, he worked with multiple brand consultancies including Prophet, Siegel+Gale and Interbrand. Over the course of his career, he has done everything from bringing new brands to life to solving complex brand architectural issues.

João is one of several strategic hires for Clear in 2021 following a record growth year in 2020 as the team helped brands like Disney, PepsiCo and Bacardi navigate the chaos of the pandemic. In March, Matt Woodhams joined Clear as a strategy director from the consultancy Added Value (now Kantar Consulting) after over a decade on the client-side at P&G and Diageo.
