Bolt Content is proud to announce the launch of a new digital and social campaign for CIBC aimed at communicating the everyday cash-back benefits of the banks Dividend Visa Infinite card. The campaign was both executed and produced by the Bolt Content team, the in-house content arm of creative agency Juniper Park\TBWA, and included elements such as OLVs, social assets, and digital banners.
Understanding that most purchases transition from special and care-free during the holiday season, to necessary and responsible in the months following, CIBC tasked Bolt Content to turn around a campaign within a tight deadline to air at this topical financial moment, that demonstrates how routine payment moments can turn into rewards.
“We want to help Canadians earn more on everyday purchases to help them achieve their goals,” says Angela Sarino, CIBC credit card marketing communications. “This campaign helps bring alive the perks of the CIBC Dividend Visa Infinite card in a relatable way.”
To communicate how the Dividend Visa Infinite card helps turn everyday purchases into rewards, Bolt Content utilised a jolly storytelling technique to create optimistic OLVs: game-inspired dollar sign visuals above each transaction that playfully articulate the cash-back benefits.
Social assets for the campaign use clever wordplay to depict the resulting reward provided to cardholders on day to day purchases - ‘your morning perk now gives you perks.’
The OLVs were filmed in and around downtown Toronto and are an example of Bolt Content’s ability to rapidly produce quality content within a short time frame.
