Powerhouse spirit brand Chivas Regal has selected Evolution Bureau as global agency of record for all channels of its participation-based social media marketing.
The work for the luxury Scotch whisky is the first big win for EVB’s London team. Over the next year, EVB will create content to help build the global brand and drive sales, said Daniel Stein, CEO of the digital, social and consumer-participation agency.
To accomplish the work, EVB will begin to grow a small team in London that has worked there since April. Its office in that city – opened so EVB can offer global service to its U.S. clients, as well as local service to its international clients – is located in the Kings Cross area.
“Having a base in London allows us to work on the ground on the Chivas Regal brand, support other global clients and respond to global business opportunities that we don’t necessarily see in San Francisco.” Stein said.
EVB has created award-winning campaigns for Absolut vodka and Jameson Irish Whiskey, two other global brands in Paris-based Pernod Ricard’s portfolio.
