CHI&Partners has won two integrated briefs with Dixons Carphone Group. The agency, which has run the advertising for Carphone Warehouse since 2001, has been appointed to work on the services brands across the group, as well as launching Dixons Carphone’s first ever mobile network, iD.
CHI&Partners will line up a comprehensive programme of fully-integrated communications to target customers across the combined businesses for both briefs.
The services brief will see the agency raise awareness of Dixons Carphone’s 24/7 service brands – including Carphone Warehouse’s ‘Geek Squad’ and Dixons’ ‘Knowhow’ – which provide personalised end-to-end solutions across the group’s product range.
The iD consumer launch, meanwhile, will mark a new breakthrough for the group – highlighting its competitive new 4G mobile network, tailored to individual customers to offer maximum flexibility and control for an optimised, app-controlled customer experience.
