A new integrated digital-to-retail experience promotes Samsung's BESPOKE Refrigerator


Samsung Australia has just launched the all-new customisable BESPOKE Refrigerator, “Designed for you, by you”.

To help with the launch of the BESPOKE refrigerator in the Australian market, Cheil Australia developed the online product configurator for Samsung official retailer’s Harvey Norman, The Good Guys and Winning Appliances. Samsung Galaxy tablets were distributed at all retail display stands across Samsung and partner stores nationwide. 

Anam Malik, digital experience director at Cheil adds, “Our objective is to create a symphony between digital and retail, allowing our customers to reap the full benefit of tech leaders like Samsung and their industry-first products. This configurator allows users to confidently build their preferred colour combinations of Samsung’s all-new BESPOKE Refrigerator. Malik continues, “There is a growing trend of online pre-orders for made-to-order products, particularly electronic goods and motor vehicles, targeting at home and in-store consumers.
