Directing duo Dario & Dom spearhead the latest film campaign for We Are With You, an organisation that offers support to those struggling to have conversations about addiction. 

The campaign film - ‘Find the Right Moment’ centres around a relatable and simple scene happening in many households every day. The charity wants to encourage open, positive conversations about drinking behaviour, and help people 'find the right moment' to have that initial conversation with any loved ones they're worried about. 

Directors Dario & Dom were able to condense this idea into a fluid and precise 60 second film that leans on award-winning cinematographer Jaime Ackroyd, with moving performances to delicately tell the story. 

It was the directors’ initial passion and vision for the project that led COMPULSORY to become involved. EP Kadri Mahmoud said about the piece: “This is a project in which the message and the language of storytelling is paramount. Thankfully we’ve been admiring Dario and Dom for a while in their broad abilities to work with actors and push scripts in both its  development stage and on set. The outcome is a simple and effective narrative that demands the most out of all departments. These are the films that are fun to make, and I am always happy to develop and encourage young directors, scripts and good, honest creative. These are two directors that I can’t wait to see what the next few years has in store for, and we will be there to show our support.”
