Isobar has been appointed as the UK social and digital agency for Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur, owned by Brown-Forman Beverages. Isobar will manage all social and digital strategy and activity in the UK, continuing to build the success of the brand online, bringing to life its ‘Because No Reason’ campaign that launch on TV and Digital in July 2014.
Due to the success and growth of Chambord in the UK, Chambord has broadened its agency team to include specialist partners to help continue the brand's momentum, currently growing at a staggering +31% ahead of the Liqueurs category.
The ‘Because No Reason’ campaign was created to generate consumer awareness and tempt trial. The campaign embeds the distinctive brand positioning and tone of voice, empowering females to ignore the pressure to conform to social norms that prevent them from being true to themselves. The future social and digital activity of the brand will continue to inspire sassy, glamorous women to say ‘Why Not!’ instead of ‘Why?’…Because No Reason. Isobar will commence work on the account as of May 2015.
